1. The service

FateSpectrum generates readings from your birth data using several traditional divination systems (BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Western astrology, Human Design, Tarot and others) plus a Chinese-style almanac and offering lamps. The content is provided for entertainment and traditional-culture study.

Readings are not professional advice. Nothing on FateSpectrum is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no reading predicts or guarantees any outcome. Do not make health, investment or legal decisions based on a reading.

2. Accounts

You need an account (email magic link or Google sign-in) to save readings and buy unlocks. Keep access to your email safe — anyone who can read your email can receive your log-in links. You may stop using the service at any time; the per-chart purchases you made remain attached to your account.

3. Payments and refunds

• Single unlock ($9.99): unlocks every PRO section of the reading generated from one birth chart. It is digital content delivered on payment — because the content is generated and delivered immediately, the purchase is final and non-refundable unless the law of your country requires a refund right.
• Membership ($4.99/month): unlocks all PRO sections while active. You can cancel anytime in the payment provider's flow or by email; cancellation stops future charges. The current month is not pro-rated or refunded.
• Offering lamps: a digital ritual product. A lamp lights on payment and burns for the duration you chose; it is not refundable once lit. The wish text you submit is displayed publicly on the lamp wall.
• Prices may change; changes never affect purchases already made.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break access controls or payment flows, no submitting others' personal data, no unlawful or harmful lamp-wall wishes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Your content

Lamp wishes you submit are displayed publicly with no attribution. You keep ownership of your text; you grant us a licence to display it as part of the lamp wall while the lamp burns.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its copy, design and generated reading text are owned by FateSpectrum's operator. Personal readings are for your personal use; don't republish them commercially without permission.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
